Solution

For Loyalty Point, we proposed a user-centric design approach to gain a deep understanding of their audience and address user needs. The website was built using the Storybrand Framework, which guides visitors through an engaging narrative, leading them to specific calls to action (CTA) in a seamless way.

For Loyalty Point, we proposed a user-centric design approach to gain a deep understanding of their audience and address user needs. The website was built using the Storybrand Framework, which guides visitors through an engaging narrative, leading them to specific calls to action (CTA) in a seamless way.

We also developed a modular layout and design system that will allow Loyalty Point to easily create new pages and sections, ensuring consistency and scalability as their business evolves and grows.

We began with workshops to define user personas, understand the project, and set clear objectives. From there, we developed a sitemap and mapped out user journeys to ensure a smooth experience. Wireframes were created to structure the interface effectively. We crafted moodboards to establish the visual tone, then developed final layouts and a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across the platform.
