Problem

Initially focused on redesigning their main website, Biletyna.pl, their goals shifted mid-project. Recognizing an opportunity to improve their position as a go-to service provider for professional clients, they decided to create a new sub-brand, Biletyna Pro, dedicated to event organizers and cultural institutions.

The challenge was to establish a distinct brand identity, design a new professional website, and deliver marketing materials tailored to a diverse client base ranging from small cultural centers to large concert organizers.

Solution

Visux began with in-depth workshops involving a broad range of stakeholders   to understand the needs of Biletyna Pro’s diverse clientele. From these insights,   we developed user personas and a communication strategy to guide the project.

The branding for Biletyna Pro was crafted to differentiate it from Biletyna.pl, using a more professional tone and distinct color palette.  The design process included creating wireframes, which were reviewed and refined in collaboration with decision-makers. Once approved, Visux moved to moodboarding to establish the visual direction. This was followed by the final layouts, ensuring a cohesive, professional design that resonated with the new sub-brand’s target audience.

We began with workshops to define user personas, understand the project, and set clear objectives. From there, we developed a sitemap and mapped out user journeys to ensure a smooth experience. Wireframes were created to structure the interface effectively. We crafted moodboards to establish the visual tone, then developed final layouts and a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across the platform.
