Additionally, the signup flow had major friction points, discouraging users from completing their registration. The goal was to modernize the website, improve storytelling, and increase the number of new account registrations.

Visux conducted a deep analysis of the existing website using Google Analytics, Hotjar and heatmaps to understand user behavior and pinpoint areas for improvement. Based on these insights, we redesigned key pages, streamlined the signup process, and restructured the website for better readability and engagement. Our approach combined strategic UX improvements, visual balance, and conversion-focused storytelling to create a seamless experience.
Wireframes and prototypes were developed to validate usability improvements and ensure that the new design met user expectations. In parallel, we redesigned Reali’s website to reflect their expertise and professionalism, creating a clean, modern interface that aligns with their brand. We also updated their marketing materials to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. The new website highlights their core offerings, including in-house customization, their exclusive Eureka Safety brand, and national coverage, emphasizing speed, consistency, and quality.
