Fusion approached us to redesign their website due to a lack of credibility that was undermining their growth.

Despite having a strong product, Fusion struggled to build trust, which

  is essential in the financial services industry. The new design aimed to enhance their reputation and support business expansion by creating   

a more trustworthy and professional online presence.

We began with workshops to define user personas, understand the project, and set clear objectives. From there, we developed a sitemap and mapped out user journeys to ensure a smooth experience. Wireframes were created to structure the interface effectively. We crafted moodboards to establish the visual tone, then developed final layouts and a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across the platform.

A complete overhaul of the website. To tackle Fusion’s credibility issue, we kicked off with workshops to dive deep into their user personas, study the competition, and refine their brand story.

We mapped out the customer journey, ensuring a smooth experience. Then, we created wireframes to lock in user flow and used moodboards for the visual direction. In the design phase, we presented several UI options, allowing the client to pick their favorite. Once finalized, we completed the layouts and guided them through the implementation process, ensuring everything came together seamlessly.
